3. Measure: Use a ruler to measure the distance from the edge of the paper (heel) to the pencil mark (toe) in centimeters or inches.

4. Match the Chart: Compare your measurement with our Foot Length column in the charts above. If you are exactly between two sizes, we recommend sizing UP for the most comfortable experience.
