At NurseCareFit, we want you to love every step you take in our shoes. We are a team of real people—nurses and caregivers—who understand that life on the front lines is unpredictable. If your order isn't quite right, we are dedicated to making it right. Your satisfaction is our highest priority.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in original condition: clean, unworn (except for an indoor try-on), and in their original packaging.

Return for Refund: Request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Return for Exchange: Request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" (including all personalized apparel like Signature Sweatshirts, Hoodies, and Zip-up Jackets) cannot be returned or exchanged.
Pro Tip: When you receive your shoes, please try them on indoors on a carpeted surface. This ensures the outsoles stay pristine and scratch-free in case you need an exchange!
How to Start Your Request
We’ve made the process simple:

Email us at info@nursecarefit.com with your Order Number.

Attach photos of the product (specifically a Top View and an Outsole/Bottom View).

State the reason for your return or exchange.
Fees & Details

For Refunds: A $10 USD shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your total refund. Original shipping fees, protection plans, and taxes are non-refundable.

For Exchanges: Your first exchange is 100% free! To cover logistics, a $10 USD fee applies to any second or third exchange requests (up to 3 total).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If we made a mistake or your item arrived damaged, please notify us at info@nursecarefit.com within 30 days.

Please include a photo of the item, the packaging, and the shipping label.

Good news: You don’t need to send the item back! Keep it, and we will ship you a replacement immediately at no extra cost.
Special Promotions & Cancellations

Buy 2 Get 1 Free: To receive a refund for this promotion, all three pairs (including the free pair) must be returned together. We cannot accept partial returns for bundle deals.

Cancellations: To maintain our fast shipping speeds, orders enter processing immediately. Therefore, we cannot accept cancellations once an order is placed.

Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for changes in personal preference or "change of mind."
International Orders
Currently, NurseCareFit cannot cover return shipping for customers outside the U.S. International customers have two options:

Ship the item back to our warehouse at your own expense for a refund.

Keep the original item and receive a 50% discount to order a replacement pair instead.
Disputes & Chargebacks
We are always on your side. If you have an issue with your delivery or product, please contact us at info@nursecarefit.com before reaching out to your bank. Most problems can be solved faster and more fairly through our direct support team.
Please note: Fraudulent chargebacks are treated seriously and may limit your ability to shop with us in the future.
